Hi there! While I don't know what brought you here, trust that you are right where you need to be. My guess is you are at at a point where you know you need to make some changes in your life, but feel unsure of how to do so. If this sounds like you, you are in the right right place.

My name is Jess. I am a Registered Nurse, Certified Professional Coach, and a She Recovers designated Certified Professional Recovery Coach. Since childhood, I experienced severe anxiety. As an adult, I suffered from distorted eating and low self-esteem. Feeling completely alone, I started self-meditating with alcohol. However, it was only when I stopping numbing the pain and had the courage to work through what was really going on that I began to recover.

This is what I believe be true:

  • you don't have to hit rock bottom to make a change in any area of your life

  • recovery is an empowering liberating decision, not a shameful consequence

  • recovery begins when we have the courage to dig deep and address what is really going on

  • asking for help is the bravest and wisest decision you will ever make

  • none of us can do this alone!

As your coach, I will help you ditch toxic behaviors once and for all. This is includes uncovering and working through self-limiting beliefs and toxic habits preventing you from living your best life; this is where healing begins. You will learn to let go of self-criticism and experience the radical healing power of unconditional self-love. You will realize that you have everything you need to be happy now. We will uncover what lights you up and create a life around what speaks to your soul. You return to the joy of living, no pretending to be happy, but real authentic happiness.

Transformation is not a future event. It begins right now - in this moment - with hands shaking and voice trembling - to say yes to living your best life today.

Isn't it time you said yes to living your best life?

Meditation by the sea

"Reclaiming our power,

healing ourselves,

loving ourselves,

knowing ourselves-

these phrases are becoming more and more common. Why?

Because they are the pathways to our own freedom and happiness."

Working with Jessica has been a game changer for me in the most beautiful way. When I met her I was lost, depressed, bogged down by anxiety and a serious drinking problem. Not only has Jessica become my coach, psuedo therapist, and confidant, she has also become one of my biggest cheerleaders and a great friend. She pulled me from the depths and has given me purpose and drive - I am forever grateful.

Jessica is totally judgement free. She doesn't force you to decide how you want to approach your journey. She helped me take the first step. She helped me get out of a really dark place. What I can tell you is if you need a warm heart to receive you, an understanding ear, and coach who is not going to dictate your journey, but who will 100% support you along the way, Jessica is your girl!

When I left treatment, I felt completely overwhelmed, terrified of relapsing. Jessica was my saving grace. She is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Not only did she hold my hand ever step of the way, but also taught me the skills I needed to stay sober. She helped me overcome people pleasing and set boundaries. I feel like the best version of myself - strong, confident, and empowered - because of Jessica. Working with Jessica transformed not only my recovery, but my life. Thank you Jessica.
